The 2013 update re-arranges some options which make accessing the settings to change email account settings on Outlook 2013 a little more discrete. This tutorial will guide you through the menus you need to use to reach the ever-so-familiar email account settings on Outlook 2013.
Please note that this tutorial is for Outlook 2013 users and may not accurately represent the steps to be taken for other versions of Microsoft Office or Outlook.
Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook and click File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
Step 2: You will now be presented with a list of email accounts you have configured on Outlook 2013. Click to highlight the email account settings you would like to change, and then click Change.
Step 3: You will now be presented with a new window which will allow you to change your email account settings on Outlook 2013. You will have the option to adjust your account password, email address, email server and the way your name is displayed to other users. If you are unsure about these fields, please consult your email network administrator first.
