EasyAcc Wireless Doorbell Review

By Zahid Mahmood / 2 July 2014

If you need a doorbell that's easy to setup - you should definitely consider the option from EasyAcc. It requires no tools, drills or even thought to get the doorbell ready to go.

It's wireless receiver can be plugged into any mains socket in the house (provided it's not more than 50 meters away from your front door) and the self adhesive foam on the back of the ringer can bee peeled and stuck to pretty much any material including treated wood and glass!

Once you've plugged in your receiver, hit the tone button until you hear a sound you like and then adjust the volume using the two other buttons. Give the bell button a quick press and voila! - You should be good to go.

The EasyAcc wireless doorbell features 31 built in sounds and seven levels for volume. It easily fills up my house with sound, but most people knock instead so I placed the receiver in one of the rooms at the end of my property.

There isn't too much to say about doorbells, except that this one hasn't let me down yet and that the build quality looks good enough to last. I can't see humidity and moisture causing any problems with the button outside since it's pretty well sealed. The receiver is also fairly cute and not chunky enough to prevent me from plugging it in behind furniture.

It does however have an LED light which is very bright - and given this stays on for as long as the doorbell is turned on, you might not want to place it in a room you want kept dark.
